Refund policy

At Dealdealdeal we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Returns of unopened products are accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If the product is opened or used, or if it is an item marked as final sale, non-refundable or clearance these are not covered by our returns policy.

To make a return, simply contact our customer service at Once the return has been accepted, we will email you an authorisation number to facilitate returning the items to Dealdealdeal. Note that the customer is responsible for returning the item with his carrier of choice and at his expense for any return. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund thru your original payment method. If the product does not meet the authorized return conditions, it will be disposed, and no refund will be issued.

If an order is returned to us by the carrier we will email you to reconfirm the delivery and order details. In this email we will ask for confirmation from you. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of our reminder email, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase to the same payment method as your original transaction. Please note that a storage fee of $30 (taxes included) will be debited from the refund. If the order sum is less than the storage charge, the charge will not exceed the original order total. Carrier return reasons include, but are not limited to; refused at the door, failed to pick up, no answer at the door, wrong address, missing address information, or for any reason related to the return of the order.

In addition, no return is possible for the following products:

  • 1 unit of a set of products
  • Items that have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
  • All items marked as non-returnable, non-refundable, or final sale on the product page
